Hi and Welcome to my Personal Training page.

First and foremost I am here for you, whether you want advice or are interested in personal training I am here to make the process as easy as possible.

I became a qualified Personal Trainer in 2013 when I turned my hobby into my job and it was the best decision I ever made.

I specialise in weight loss, toning, bodybuilding, powerlifting and strongman.

I enjoy meeting new people and passing on my passion, energy and knowledge for all things exercise and fitness.

I am a very open and energetic person and like to make your sessions fun but I expect you to give it 100% every time you walk through the gym door.

Nothing makes me happier then when my clients are achieving their goals while enjoying their training. Exercise should be enjoyed and the benefits you receive from it are endless.

I am not big on videos of clients training as my complete attention is on you and getting you the results when you train with me.

My prices are £20 for 30 minute sessions, £30 for hour sessions and £50 for hour group (upto 4 people) sessions.
