A good variety of cardio including boxing, running, and power bags along with kettlebells and dumbells. If you are unable to attend the classes i am more than happy to train you at your home (if theres sufficient space i.e a clear dining room) at the park, at the gym or wherever you are comfortable. 1 on 1 training is obviously more expensive but if you can find a partner who is willing to join your sesssions a fee can be discussed.
