My first memory of being in the kitchen is when I was around 5, I was sitting on my nans kitchen side with a plastic jug with eggs in and fork whisking away.
Our family tree shows generations of bakers, some who have been successful enough to own bakery's and do this amazing art as a job.
Since being a small child my heart has always been in the kitchen and for the past 15 years my family have passed on to me their wealth of knowledge and experience so I can now be the next generation in my family to bake.
At the heart of my baking I hold the morals of using traditional techniques where ever possible to keep the techniques alive in modern society whilst being as customer and quality focused as possible. However above all my baking must be tasty!
I hope anyone who wishes to use me as their baker for an event or special occasion respects these morals and appreciates how important baking is to me.
