24 Hour Cancellation Policy - If a client wishes to cancel, I have a 24 hour policy, if you wish to cancel within the 24 hours of your appointment (or no show), I will require a 50% deposit on your next booking with me.
All Appointments have a give or take time of 20 minutes. This means that I will not be able to proceed with the treatment if you are later than 20 minutes of your appointment time.
NO refunds are given in any circumstance.
All aftercare information is given at the end of every treatment, including information on any aftercare products I have available.
Full amount of the treatment price is required at the time of your appointment.
Children, friends or a member of your family are more than welcome to come with you to your appointment, letting me know in advance would be great so I can make it comfortable.
£20 deposit is required at time of booking for the LoveLite teeth whitening treatment.
