Appointment Etiquette

- Lash INFILLS require 30-50% of your lash extensions still attached, any less is a full set, this must be made aware at least 48 hours before the appointment or the right amount of time will not be available.

- Cancel/reschedule a minimum of 24 hours in advance, failure to do so will result in the next appointment being made with a 50% deposit.

- No shows will be instantly black listed, if wanting to make another appointment the full amount must be paid when booking the appointment.

- It's advised that you don't wear mascara to your lash appointment.

- Do not bring children, you will be laying down for an hour at least with lashes and 40 minutes with brows.

- Arrive on time, not early, not late... on time. More than 15 minutes late, will be running into another clients appointment and so the treatment will not be carried out. Please also remember i work from home, I'm back to back with clients most days, so if you are early please contact me (message/text) just to let me know that you are outside. There is no waiting area in my house and because of this i won't be able to answer the door until i am finished with my previous client.
