Bee's Baby Massage

I qualified with the international association of infant massage. www.iaim.org.uk IAIM was founded in 1986 and is now practicing world wide.

Infant massage is a combination of Indian massage, Swedish massage, Yoga and Reflexology. We also teach the attendee how to adapt to older babies toddler and children.

The main benefits of infant massage are split in to four main categories ... these are:

Stimulation
Relaxation
Relief

It is a totally baby led course and the main focus of infant massage is skin to skin and bonding. There have been many studies on the effect it has on vital organs and a lot of research on the positive effects on sleep also the release of oxytocin from the warm loving touch of infant massage has a great effect on stress levels of both the baby and carer.

The course involves full massage, tummy troubles/colic, best condition, relaxation and adaptations. During the course we explore all the babies senses which at the time are purely focused on the carer... its a lovely environment to be in.

I can come to your home for one to one sessions or a group session or you can come along to my courses.

I also can come and help with tummy troubles and colic and do call outs.

I have an 18 month old little boy who loves massage so can relate well with people situations :)
