Beef Unit

Beef Unit is post-punk band.

We sing songs about our dissatisfaction with life, about our past and about our opinions of our dystopian present. We might make you laugh, we might make you cry, we might make you say 'did he really say that?'.

No subjects are out of bounds for Beef Unit, apart from love songs. Well, apart from normal love songs. We sing about the things nobody thought you could sing about. Our topics include, mistrust, carnal lust, road rage, short holidays, our childhood, dogs, intensive beef farming.

To show off our lyrics we have two lead singers supported by driving bass lines, ska-like organ and synth, raw guitar, machine-like drumming and tambourine on occasion.

You can dance to us or just stand there, mouth aghast as you absorb the enormity of our intentions.
