Beauty & Nails by Louise

I am a fully qualified fitness instructor, teaching Les Mills Programs and freestyle classes. I established Beauty & Nails in June 2012. I was looking for a new adventure to add to my fitness career and decided more of a sit down job-I'm not getting any younger!!!

I believe in looking after yourself, you must take some time for yourself. Whether it is a beauty view, a fantastic glass of wine, or a relaxing massage. You deserve the best in life.

I have some solutions....beautiful nails. If you haven't yet discovered the latest must have nail care product, you don't know what you are missing out on!

Unlike varnish that chips and peels, Bio Sculpture is a durable Gel that is applied to the natural nail by a qualified nail technician. I have been Bio Sculpture qualified completing a full manicure course since January 2012. The Gel is then cured under a UV light giving it that strong flexible, glossy finish which lasts for up to three weeks, longer on toes. It soaks off easily without damage to the nail.

I am also fully trained in Spray Tanning-Achieve the ultimate tan without the harmful UV rays. Tantruth is a professional tanning range. With satin silk extracts and duo self-tanning agents. and a light fresh fragrance to leave the skin pleasantly scented you will have a luxuriously deep tan giving you that bronzed look all year round.
