Beatson Postdoc Society - BPS

The Beatson Postdoc Society (BPS) is a committee of postdoctoral research scientists and junior research fellows working at the Beatson Institute of Cancer Research, Glasgow. Our goals are to provide a platform to meet fellow researchers from different research areas, establish collaboration and networking with various departments in order to broaden our scientific community.

The focus of BPS is to address the 2 aspects of Postdoctor’s life – Career development and social/networking events.

All postdoctoral research scientists and junior research fellows at the Beatson are free to join; we meet every other Friday where we have informal talks and discussions from the experts enjoyed by pizza and beer! Come join us and help build a richer postdoctoral community at the BICR!
