Beal’s Charcuterie is based in Mid-Sussex. We have our own herd of Mangalitza pigs which we rear in Chailey, East Sussex. Our production unit is based in North Chailey, East Sussex.
Our speciality pigs are reared naturally on a mixture of woodland and pasture to ensure the highest possible quality pork is used in our range of Mediterranean styled cured and air-dried meats from our award winning coppa, air dried ham, salami and cooking chorizos perfect for making paellas and Spanish style casseroles to pastrami and pancetta, we aim to offer a range of quality products that deliver a variety of tastes.
