Your Be Fitness gym has Cardio Vascular and Multi Station Strength Training Equipment, Life Fitness Circuit Series, a Free Weights Area and Dual Action training area. To help you examples of these types of equipment are shown in the Photo's section on our Facebook pages.

Our Cardiovascular Equipment will help to keep you fit and in shape. We have a fantastic range which will enable you to choose an exercise that you enjoy. Our gym is equipped with Treadmills, Indoor cycles, X-trainers, upright bikes, Concept 2 Rowing Machines, Steppers and much more.

The Be Fitness strength range consists of : Chest Press and Pectoral Fly Machines, 8 Stack Multi Stations Circuit Series, Shoulder Press Machines, Abdominal Crunch Machines, Dual action Pulley System and a Smith machine.

The Gym is also equipped with a Free Weights area which has a full set of Dumbbells weighing up to 40kg, and a selection of other personal training equipment .
