We all know we need to exercise more but finding the time and motivation can be hard. I am a fully qualified fitness professional, with over six years ‘experience in teaching all forms of exercise classes, in the Stroud area.

My classes are designed to motivate and encourage you to enjoy the benefits of a fit and active lifestyle. It’s not just about keeping healthy it’s also about having fun and getting to know other likeminded individuals.

I love my job and enjoy seeing everyone leaving sweaty, smiling, feeling good and set up for the rest of the day.
