After you have been assessed by your physiotherapist or doctor you may be guided towards certain exercises on this channel and advised to perform them regularly. The videos are a very useful resource to help patients remember their home exercises and hopefully optimise their recovery. Depending on the condition and stage of recovery, your physiotherapist will advise you on the exact amount of repitions to perform of each exercise.
