Our holistic approach to body movement incorporates Nia, Pilates and Nordic Walking. We are a leading Pilates studio offering matwork and reformer session. Our Pilates work is complimented with the Barefoot team of therapists including physiotherapy, osteopathy, sports massage, acupuncture and others.
