Bancroft Gym

Bancroft Gym was opened to the public in March 2013 and has certainly established itself as one of the top 'Pay As You Train' Gym’s in Tamworth.

Along with its affordable rates and state of the art equipment the gym also boasts a tanning room, modern effect mood lighting and on site supplement store.

Since launching, the gym has developed dramatically extending from an open plan studio into separate rooms for bodybuilding and fitness training.

We are open 7 days a week to cater for your busy lifestyles and located in a friendly neighborhood next to the B5000 at Glascote. We're also within close proximity to the A5 and M42 motorway.

There is free on site car parking along with bicycle racks available to the rear of the gym. We also cater for disabled and have appropriate facilities in place.
