Since 2009 we have been offering 4 star self-catering accommodation in our two bed house that sleeps up to three persons. We offer a personal service undertaking the servicing of the holiday house by ourselves.

We supply and fit all the linen and provided a detailed ‘What’s on” of local events during your stay.

The holiday house is the only one at Baiter Park Poole to have a private South West facing patio that overlooks the Quay, Sandbanks, and Brownsea Island.

All windows from the holiday house have an uninterrupted view with sliding patio doors leading off from the lounge onto the patio.

Allocated parking is adjacent to the holiday house. There is also a bus stop right outside the holiday house where you can travel and leave the car behind.

One can walk along the waters side to the Quay and Poole town centre. The path being flat with no hills. A 8 min leisurely walk will take you to the shops/Quay. The Quay has many restaurants and interesting shops with the marina holding many interesting boats. There is also trips from the Quay that take you around the Islands and onto Brownsea Island during spring, summer, autumn months.

The holiday house is well equipped being inspected each year to retain it 4 star rating. Super Fast Broadband is provided free of charge at the holiday house and items like flat screen TV, DVD player and videos are also provided. There are no meters and nothing else to pay apart from a returnable damages/excess cleaning deposit.
