Ava Bella

After being blessed with my second child 'Ava Bella' in 2014 I found myself going crazy for everything floral and pretty. I kept over indulging in lots of beautiful nursery accessories. I believe this was heightened as after having my son first, delving into the world of floral prints and shabby chic trimmings was a welcome break from being surrounded by cars and dinosaurs. I always had a specific idea in mind when looking for decorative gifts for my children. Unfortunately for me the majority of mass produced items never lived up to my expectations. I believe this was the catalyst to reignite my love of sewing from my youth. I became a frequent visitor to my local fabric shops where I would spend hours planting the seeds for my next project. I love the fact that many of my children's keep sakes are hand made with love but I am now at the point were I have exhausted the amount of cushions and buntings that a child can have.
I am now offering my services to other families who would like to own some handmade beautiful items in their home.
My little girl inspired my increased love for all things pretty so I decided to name this venture after her.
