The residence is conveniently located for both of the universities, just a 10 minute walk from Southampton Solent University, a short bus ride away from Southampton University and close to many of the colleges in the city.

You have the choice of staying in 4 and 5 bedroom shared flats with old friends or new ones, 2 bed apartments, or in one of our spacious studio flats. Whichever you choose, your room will feature a comfy a small double sized bed, floor length windows, a study area with a wide desk and a stylish ensuite shower room. Studios have contemporary fitted kitchens with everything you need, while shared flats have modern lounge-diners complete with a fridge-freezer, cooker and microwave. We ensure everyone has somewhere to sit either at a breakfast bar or a dining table for those sociable meals together and also on the comfortable sofas so you can all enjoy a movie. All kitchens come with a TV included – even in the studio kitchens.

And because we like to make living with us as easy as possible, your weekly rent includes all bills, that’s electricity, water, gas, super-fast 100Mb broadband with WiFi and contents insurance.

The residence has onsite laundry facilities, a stylish common room and secure bike storage. To keep everything safe, you can use your secure electronic key to get into the property. We also have 24 hour CCTV, staff presence and our onsite management team have you covered around the clock. And it’s easy to get in touch with us if you have any problems or need any help.
