Auntie Ruth's Childminding

Since November 2000 I have provided care and education for babies and children in my own home. Parents can go to work reassured that their precious baby or child is in a safe and secure environment with me. We do activities and go on outings to enhance learning, follow interests and excite minds. I am qualified to degree level and am a mum of four children, so have plenty of experience. I can offer advice on many different subjects, and I work closely with the local children's centre and preschool/school. I operate from my child friendly family home which also has a large garden providing many play opportunities. Children in my care have often come to me as babies and remained in my care through their school years. I accept payment by the voucher schemes and offer the government funded free childcare hours.
