I take the same great pride in my recipes as I do in my designs. There is no point in something looking delicious if it doesn’t taste as good as it looks. I have built my reputation as much on the taste of my cakes as the look of them and the majority of my customers are referrals from existing customers who have seen and eaten one of my creations at a wedding or event.

Choose from my “Ultimate” Dark Chocolate Cake or my “Ultimate” White Chocolate Cake. Both are deliciously rich, moist and extremely flavoursome. They can be decorated with your choice from 4 delicious ganache fillings and coverings and up to 5 scrumptious flavours of the finest French Chocolate. The finishing touches and colour scheme will be specific to you. The combinations are endless....
