Atlas Gym provides a diverse training environment that can be catered to the needs of any individual.

Our facility includes;

-A multi-functional training rig / squat rack
-A combination of plate loaded and cable machines designed by Watson Gym Equipment
-An Outdoor Astro Turf Training
-A conditioning area with Watt Bikes, Air Assault Bikes, Concept 2 -Rowers and Skiergs, Star Track Treadmill
-Dumbbells up to 50kg
