Ashtree Bowen Therapy

The Bowen Technique is a hands-on remedial body therapy that is both gentle and effective. By addressing specific muscles, fascia and other soft tissue, the treatment can help the body to relax and relieve stress, aid sleep and help achieve a sense of wellbeing.

Bowen therapy is considered safe for people of all ages, from the newborn to the elderly. The treatment can be performed over light clothing with sessions lasting from half an hour to one hour.
