The Accommodation has electric heating and double glazing throughout and comprises:
Lounge/dining area: Open plan large lounge/kitchen/diner furnished to an exceptionally high standard. Quality Digital HD LCD TV, DVD, digital radio and CD player. Patio doors to the extended terrace with magnificent views to Latrigg, Skiddaw and the Helvellyn range.
Kitchen area: Exceptionally well equipped with electric oven and hob, washer/dryer, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and microwave. There is an extensive range of utensils.
Bedroom/En-suite : Spacious double bedroom with en-suite, electric shower over full sized bath, hand basin and WC.

Miscellaneous
Private parking for two cars, next to lodge.
The height of the railings on the balcony/terrace are less than 1m, also the height of the railing on the external steps is less than a 1m and therefore extra care maybe needed especially if you have small children in your party.
Please note from mid November until end of February this site is closed. However, the site is open over Christmas and New Year from 20th December to 3rd January.
