Ashberry Physiotherapy has been providing high quality treatment for over 15 years. All of our physiotherapists are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists and are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. We are members of the Organisation of chartered Physiotherapists in Private Practice.

We are a BUPA approved clinic and our physiotherapists are registered with most major health insurance providers including Aviva, AXA/PPP, Simply Health, Cigna and more.

We accept self referrals. Your GP or consultant may also refer you.

Together with you, we evaluate your needs and agree a treatment plan. Treatments we use include acupuncture, manual therapy, electrotherapy, exercises including core stability and elements of pilates, soft tissue massage and preventative advice.

Conditions we treat:
Spinal conditions: slipped discs, back pain, sciatica, lumbago, stiff & painful neck, trapped nerves, whiplash injuries

Joint conditions: arthritis, rheumatism, joint injuries, pain, stiffness, frozen shoulders

Sport & overuse injuries: muscle & ligament tears and strains, tennis elbow, cartilage problems, sprained ankles, dislocated joints, repetitive strain injury (RSI), shin splints, knee cap pain

Rehabilitation: post operative conditions, post fractures, joint replacements, spinal surgery, shoulder & knee surgery

Women's Health: back pain in pregnancy & related conditions

Work related: posture and over use complaints.
