I coach people to build confidence and become stronger in body AND mind

I specialise in strength and conditioning work that has a focus around big compound lifts, mobility, power and strength development

I am the right coach for you if:

- You want to drop body fat, improve your body shape, get stronger and become a more confident, fierce version of yourself.

- You want to learn how to lift PROPERLY and move your body in better ways

- You want to learn to work WITH your body, not fight against it

- You are ready to put your all into working with me to allow me to help you get to where you need to be


I am not the right coach for you if:

- You don't want to lift weights and aren't prepared to learn new skills

- You don't like hard work and you aren't prepared to give your all

- You don't do well with constructive criticism to help get you over those sticking points that have held you back so far.


My goal is to see you succeed, therefore I will do everything I can with you to make that happen - provided you want it bad enough :)
