Tai ji quan (also referred to as tai chi) Classes on held on a Thursday in Royston.
Classes move through sets of gently challenging preparatory exercises, followed by Qigong exercise, Walking styles including the Dragon Walk and finish with work on and practise of The Form (a set of continuous flowing movements of varying degrees of difficulty).
Regular workshops and practice sessions are also available to class members where they can train with other students and instructors from classes in Hertfordshire and Essex.
