Believe it or not, the keys to overcoming high anxiety are quite simple. I can help you because I have been through it and I will guide you through every step and be there for you during your recovery. I even offer home visits and I only charge about half of what most therapists/practitioners do.My motivation lies with helping others recover as quickly as possible because I know how horrendous it is to feel that way all the time. When I was suffering from panic attacks and high anxiety I spent fortunes trying to find someone who could help. All of the money I spent was wasted on people who did not help me.Not because they didn't try and all of them were well meaning but in my view unless you have experienced the symptoms and been through it yourself then you are not the best qualified to advise and help others in the same situation.
