we are a well established gym that has been trading for 20 years. .we have a wealth of knowledge and experience having competed at the highest levels in our chosen sports and continue to compete to this day. we have ex champions, present champions and future champions who train here. we also have one of the best equipped gyms in england. the cardio room being seperate from the weights room enables people to conentrate more on what they want to acheive without one disturbing the other. we find that people who use the cardio room acheive goals quicker being surrounded by likewise people and vice versa. we can help you acheive your goal, whether its for competition, losing weight or general maintenance to stay healthy. we have a list of previous acheivements, champions and future goals in relation to our dedication to strength and fitness in this gym.
