I'm a whiz with shoulders - tendinitis, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, bursitis, tennis/golfers elbow, arm pain - on lifting, rotating arm or to just touch the arm muscles, IT band issues

I'm known as the therapist that does the
'nut and bolt massage, where I get in the muscle and sort it out'
normally with quick results thus fewer treatments are needed although people choose to continue to come back time and time again

Counselling enables you to look at your issues at the physical, mental and emotional level, this can be combined with other treatments or as a stand alone therapy. Counselling allows you to see that you are not alone and that you can regain the responsibility and control that you once lost due to a past experience.

I practice in Minster Lovell, near Witney in West Oxfordshire. From time to time I also run a variety of group sessions in Witney - see “Witney Workshops”, and am available to run workshops in businesses, schools, events, clubs, and organisations...
