Anglian Archives have been providing document and data storage and management for over 25 years. With two storage locations, Norwich and Northampton, Anglian Archives are ideally place to service companies not only in the heart of England but stretching over to the East Coast and down to London.
We pride ourselves on our professional and personal customer service, tailoring our services to each individual client including secure document and file storage, delivery and collection, back up tape rotation, scanning, (incl. large format for architectural and surveyor plans), certificated shredding and sturdy archive boxes.
Lots of organisations and businesses are required to keep documents for a number of years. This can result in the need for large filing cabinets or stacks of file boxes taking up valuable office space that could be put to a more productive use! Anglian Archives are able to collect your already boxed files, or empty your filing cabinets into our own sturdy archive boxes, and store at one of our storage facilities in the correct environment.
Whilst being stored with us, your documentation is still available to you should you need it. We are also able to restrict access to sensitive files if necessary, to named persons only. Identification is always required when visiting our storage facilities.
Anglian Archives storage facilities have purpose built racking and a secure, dust free and dry environment. Security is also of the utmost importance and both our facilities have 24 hour monitored alarm systems as well as CCTV to ensure the security of your documents and data. To further enhance security, all of our staff are enhanced DBS checked and sign a strict confidentiality agreement.
