I know a number of people who have run their own businesses and/or held senior positions who are no longer in a position to undertake full time/regular hours jobs due to personal reasons e.g. caring responsibilities, disabilities and health problems etc BUT who still have skills, knowledge and experience and a good brain they would like to use for some income.
