Yoga has been the best thing that allowed me to overcome my battle with depression and anxiety, which I suffered with since childhood. It's not an instant fix, but a daily practice, using meditation philosophy and exercise to retrain your brain into seeing the positives love and joy in the natural world, rather than believing in the fear coming from your monkey mind. Its all a state of mind and it can be done, I promise, as I have done it myself. There are also multiple health benefits of yoga such as boosting immunity, injury prevention, aiding sleep, and so many more!!
After moving to India and completing my 200 hours in McCloud Ganj, where the Dali Lama and the Tibetan people are in exile, I have been teaching a weekly drop in Yoga and mindful meditation class as well as many private clients too. Currently planning and working with companies to teach Yoga and Meditation to large groups in corporate setting.
