Alpha Fitness and Rehab

FITNESS: All our fitness sessions are provided to cater for all levels and abilities of fitness by fully qualified and chartered physiotherapists.

Times:
Monday - Strength and Conditioning Session (SCS), availability by booking only, times TBC
Tuesday - Regular Group Session (RGS) - 7pm till 8pm
Wednesday - RGS - 6pm till 7pm + SCS, availability by booking only, times TBC
Thursday - RGS 6pm till 7pm
Friday - RGS 7pm till 8pm
Saturday - RGS 9am till 10am
Sunday - No Session

Prices - £5 per session
£15 weekly pass
£40 monthly pass
£360 annually

Please note Alf's Blackbelt Academy's (ABBA) existing competitive fighters are entitled to use the weights room area for free under the supervision of a qualified instructor during their regular training session times, but must be 16 years old and over. If they wish to access any of our other services that we provided they will be 20% discount.

Parents of the fighters will also be able to purchase a limited monthly pass costing £20 which will permit them to use the weights room area while their children are training, but will only be able to use the facilities during these times. An additional charge will be made for classes that they attend.

REHAB: Here at Alpha Fitness and Rehab LTD we also provide physiotherapy services, so if you have a injury or condition that is causing you pain and limiting your function and physical activity levels. Then book in for an appointment with ourselves to help diagnose and treat your symptoms to help improve your pain and activity levels. We have over 11years combined experience of treating clients, covering a wide spectrum of injuries, conditions and symptoms.

Appointment times are available throughout the week at varying times from Monday to Sunday. Please call to book an appointment.

Sports & Therapeutic Massage - 30min £20, 60min £40
Taping Appointment - £10 per body area
