Allsorted Holiday Cottage

Allsorted is a beautiful 2 bedroom cottage situated in the heart of Devon. The front door leads straight into the lounge, with beautiful original beams and a warm fire to cuddle up in front of. The lounge also has an added bonus of; a large screen TV with cinema system and Wii console with games. We have left local information, leaflets for attractions and most importantly; take away menus.

STAIRS

A stunning wrought iron spiral staircase, with a traditional wooden latch door that leads into the hallway, bathroom and kitchen.

KITCHEN

The fully equipped kitchen, boasting beautiful wooden cupboards, 5 ring gas hob with double oven, Belfast sink, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and completed with a tiled floor. The back kitchen door leads to the quaint picturesque cottage garden.

FIRST BEDROOM

Upstairs has two bedrooms, both with wooden latch doors. The rear larger bedroom comes with a kingsize bed, and stunning views over the water, bridge, garden and Bideford town.

SECOND BEDROOM

The second bedroom lies at the front of the cottage, with beams that give it pleny of character. It includes a double bed and a large window that overlooks the street.

BATHROOM

The lovely bathroom with a big shower over bath, toilet and basin is situated downstairs.

COTTAGE GARDEN

Follow the path from the back kitchen door to the very bottom of the garden, and you will find: some seating (for a peaceful cuppa), a wide selection of plants and shrubs, and a garden bench with unspoilt views over the water. Have a drink and soak up the outstanding view on two stone character seats.

FACILITIES

We have supplied linen and towels for each guest, and for young families we have provided a cot and high chair. An iron, ironing board and clothes airer have also been provided.

PARKING

On arrival to the cottage you may park outside to unload, but during your stay, we have included a parking permit for one car at the nearby Hotel. The Hotel is about a minutes' walk away from the cottage. If required, you may have an additional permit for a small extra charge.

NEARBY

Situated just over the road is the Tarka Trail, perfect for cycling and long walks. Over the bridge is Bideford town, with local shops, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and amenities. A selection of excellent beaches and attractions are just a short drive away.

OUR THOUGHTS

Although Allsorted is by the road, there is very little traffic noise, and we live in a remote countryside location so we would notice everything! I hope this description does our cottage justice, and when you come to stay you feel as relaxed and cosy as we do each time we visit.
