Alicia’s Micro Bakehouse is bringing the art of real sole pizza/bread baking back to the local community. Every pizza/ loaf we make embodies our passion and enthusiasm for artisan methods and delicious food.
Our pizza and bread is entirely hand-crafted. At the moment we only bake on a Saturday (must notify us by 5pm the Friday before). We will bake outside of this baking day if there is enough demand, however, we do require at least 24 hours prior notice due to the slow fermentation methods applied to our dough preparation.
Why real pizza/bread?
Simply because it’s better for you. Real pizza dough and bread contain no artificial additives or processing aids. Just organic unbleached flours, water, natural yeast and sea salt.
*Please note some of our breads may contain other ingredients such nuts, raisins or molasses depending on the type of bread produced.
