I design a package to fit your needs. This can be an intense block of sessions or a long term commitment to achieve set goals, every client is provided with a bespoke programme that is tailored to your time, your budget and your goals based on the initial free consultation.

A bit about me

I launched Aesthetic Fitness in 2014, creating my unique private training venue, specialising in personal strength and conditioning. Sport and exercise have always been integral to my lifestyle, several years ago I drifted from this, becoming overweight and out of shape, my personal transformation back to health and fitness was the catalyst for Aesthetic Fitness.

My aim is to pass this passion and knowledge on to all my clients. I take an extremely comprehensive, methodical and individualised approach with my clients to ensure maximum results are guaranteed, whilst providing an experience that makes the hard work enjoyable!
