Fitness classes for all abilities. Qualified instructor with over 5 years studio experience. Low, medium and high impact aerobics and toning exercises set to great music. A fantastic way to improve your stamina and tone up your whole body.
All abilities welcome. £4 per class (Mon/Wed), £5 per class (Fri) or 10 classes for £30.
All equipment available at the class - just come along and give it a go.
