Adderbury Running Club

It all started as "Wouldn't it be great to have a Half Marathon in our village" while founders Jimmy Young, Gareth Stapleton and Tony Gill enjoyed a glass or two. In the time since we have become affiliated to England Athletics and have built a membership of competing and social members. The emphasis is on getting people of all ages fit and changing the mindset that entering races is generally more about crossing the line than winning the race. And yes we do have some fast runners.
