Academy of cake decorating

Here at the Academy of cake decorating we run sugarcraft and chocolate decorating classes also baking classes for all level students from beginner to advanced .Our classrooms are fully equipped and clean ,teachers are fully qualified and helpful, willing to share their knowledge and passion with everyone interested in learning the art . We cover multiple techniques, starting with sugar paste, marzipan, sugar flowers, piping and royal icing, chocolate , cake carving, airbrushing, poured, pulled and blowned sugar, sugar veil ,etc.
We also run PME diploma classes ,Wilton courses,speciality courses,conducted by Ribana Cristescu ,head of our school ,who is an approved PME teacher , award winning cake decorator , qualified pastry chef .
