With the experience of 40 years within the Industry, ABS fully understand that the needs of our customers will be varied, and at times challenging, but must be respected and fulfilled at all times. It is therefore our responsibility to understand our customers’ requirements fully, to clearly communicate how these can be met, and to deliver performance on time and to budget.

Our Engineers are all fully qualified and trained tradesmen, fully accredited for the tasks they are assigned to do. We also run a full training program for all of our teams.

Whilst all of our team are quality tradesmen in their own right, ABS also understand that construction methodology is changing all of the time to incorporate new products and techniques. To stay up to date with all of the latest innovations and skill sets ABS run a full training program for all of the team with records available for inspection upon request.

To provide every client with complete peace of mind, we offer a 12 month, no quibble warranty, on all workmanship and materials supplied by ourselves.

ABS fully recognize that from time to time there will be the need to incorporate the services of specialist contractors and where this is the case we will always ensure that their work is supervised, inspected and signed off by ABS and that they, at all times, uphold the disciplines which are very important to us.

Where applicable, all works will be surveyed prior to the submission of a fully detailed quotation. Following which, a representative from ABS will be available to talk through the scope of works in detail prior to commencement to give all of our customers the understanding and peace of mind they need. ABS have a policy for full protection of the works areas and all adjacent areas prior to the commencement of any works and a thorough clean of all areas at the end of each phase of works.
ABS firmly believes that keeping all parties fully updated is key to customer satisfaction; whether it be the booking of cyclical maintenance issues or instant response to reactive repairs, ABS will provide a dedicated point of contact as well as ‘out of office’ contact details.

Where projects are extensive or complex in their resolution ABS can and will take care of all customer related issues such as decant requirements, furniture removal and storage in addition to undertaking the works themselves and keeping the customers fully updated at every step.

At all times the Health & Safety of anyone associated with ABS or anyone coming into contact with our work areas is second to none. All of our Engineers are fully Health & Safety trained with Industry recognized certification with our Supervisors qualified to Site Manager Level.

Prior to commencement of any works on any day, or where circumstances may have changed, a full Health & Safety Risk Assessment is carried out and any potential hazards to Operatives, Occupants or a member of the public identified and managed.
