Four local businessmen, qualified as financial advisors and experienced as property investors were fed up with the mediocre service they received dealing with Estate Agents. They didn't feel they got a quality, value for money service as sellers and they felt mis-informed as buyers.
So they decided that there must be a better way to do things and handpicked the best agency staff they had come across in Merseyside in order to build a sales team that understood the importance of being "customer obsessed" in the same way they did.
