Selling regulations change tomorrow (June 13th) and the parts that apply to A Touch of fairydust are as follows... "Goods that have been made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised are excluded from the right to cancel.
Goods that have been engraved or printed with a personal photo that the consumer provided can generally be seen as falling under this exception.
Note however, that where a consumer merely makes a choice of general options that you provide, e.g. size and colour of a garment, this exception does not apply. Likewise, where you order a product or manufac- ture it after the consumer has ordered it from you, but the product is not bespoke, you cannot rely on this exemption."
This applies to all hand/foot/finger or other prints pieces, anything with engraving, anything made to your specifications eg a necklace with your choice of beads etc but does not apply to ready made pieces where you have chosen for example, the length of necklace from my standard range. Quick page update - Refund policies (hopefully never needed) your refund if you are unhappy with an item would be paid in the same form you have paid by I.e you paid cash, cash would have to be returned just like in the shops! Items can be fixed or replaced if faulty within in 7days, faulty item to be returned to me.
Payments accepted - PayPal, bank transfer or postal order.
P&P is £1 first class posting for upto three items (excluding cluster charm bracelets they are £1 p&p on there own)
Collection is welcome from the local areas but a fixed day and time is required. ** I do not deliver any items as I do not drive. **

All gifts on this page are handmade and designed by myself. I have tried to give each piece its own unique style so they are truly one of kind pieces, although some designs will be used more than once each piece will have something slightly different. I have taken time and care to make each item from the jewellery to the shoes, baby items and homewear each item has been made with love. Each item can be made in different colours on request. All decoupage items including shoes wallets bags and purses are made for occasional use and are not made for everyday wear and tear please bare this in mind when buying xx
