Here are a few questions I regularly get asked with regards to yoga.
Why practice yoga? I personally do yoga because it makes me feel good! Yoga makes me feel calm, energised and alive. Why not give it a try and see how it makes you feel?
Do I have to be flexible to do yoga? Absolutely not. Practicing yoga does help you become more flexible but you certainly don't need to be flexible to give it a go!
I'm a bit overweight, can I still do yoga? Yoga is for all shapes and sizes and for all ages.
I have an injury, can I still do yoga?
All of our yoga postures can be adapted to accommodate different needs but please contact me prior to class to discuss any specific health need or injuries.
Am I too old to do yoga?
Definitely not!
