Welcome to the Facebook page of 99 (Folkestone) Squadron, Air Training Corps. The Kent coast's premier representatives of the Royal Air Force Air Cadets.

99 Squadron is part of a UK-wide cadet force with more than 41,000 members aged between 13 and 20 years.

We are sponsored by the Royal Air Force and can give you hands-on experience of activities and courses that will challenge and develop your skills to help you succeed in whatever you want to do.

☆ We pride ourselves in our variety of activities, our sporting achievements, our standards of drill & discipline and our standing in the community.

☆ We are one of 34 Squadrons based in Kent with our Wing headquarters in Maidstone. Kent Wing is split into 4 areas, 99 (Folkestone) Squadron is in area 4 and the Wing is a part of London And the South East Region of the Air Training Corps.

☆ 99 (Folkestone) Squadron Air Training Corps

Parade Nights: Mondays & Thursdays 1900-2130hrs - Minimum joining age is 12 years & must be in year 8 at school.

☆ There is no obligation to join the regular RAF, the reserves or any of the services in Her Majesty's Armed Forces once you have joined the Air Training Corps.
