365 Sports Massage is a mobile sports massage service available for individual sessions and sporting events. Simon Matthews, founder of 365 Sports Massage, is a qualified massage therapist with a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy (QCF) through the VTCT and insured via the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).

365 Sports Massage is able to offer a range of sports massage techniques for the treatment of soft tissue dysfunction. Individual sessions, which consist of a consultation and treatment, last 1 hour and are conducted in the comfort of your own home. Shorter pre and post event sessions are available and can provide benefits such as increasing blood flow, reducing the risk of injury and can lessen the impact of delayed onset muscle soreness.

Prices:
-Individual sessions are £25 per hour.
