This 30 Day Challenge incorporates alternating HiiT-Pilates workout days with Mat Pilates days.
HiT-Pilates (High Intensity Interval Training with Pilates) is a 30 minute workout with a warm-up and warm-down. There are 5 HiiT exercises with Pilates exercises in-between to focus on the core.
Pilates is a 10-15 minute mat based exercise session focussing on either arms, glutes or abs which strengthens the core, stretches tight areas, helps posture, tones up and creates better movement patterns.
