Boot camp classes will include circuits, kettlebells, HIIT, core, spin and sports specific training. These classes will help you meet your personal goals, may they be weight loss, achieving muscle mass, strength or just improving general fitness. Classes will involve functional movements to help you in your daily life routines and in any sports you participate in.
