The Air Training Corps (also known as the Air Cadets and the Royal Air Force Air Cadets) is a National youth organisation for young people in school year 8 and upwards.
All of our cadets get the same opportunities as we are an equal opportunities organisation. We give our cadets experience and training in Duke of Edinburgh Award, BTEC's, Leadership, Shooting as well as Flying and Gliding.
There are camps and visits every year - cadets will be able to spend a week on an RAF Station on camp; taking part in the Royal International Air Tattoo; various public events around the local area (Bristol Half Marathon etc..). There are also opportunities for cadets to take part in kayaking/canoeing, rock-climbing, abseiling, skiing and many other events and activities.
2124 (Bristol Airport) Squadron is your Local Air Cadet unit.
