12 Days & Nights of Christmas

**THIS INFORMATION IS FOR THE 2015 EVENT. WE ARE TAKING A BREAK FOR 2016 AND WILL RETURN IN 2017**

Join us for a Christmas walk with art installations and children's Christmas trail activities based on the 12 days of Christmas song.

This Christmas event Runs from 5pm until 8pm for children and families of all ages. From 8pm until 10:30pm the walk is for adults and children over 13. (All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian)

Hot Christmas drinks (mulled wine/hot cider), mince pies will be available and there will be a Christmas BBQ with Turkey & Stuffing Rolls, Bratwurst, Currywurst and more.

For the late night Festive Walk (8pm to 10:30pm) you may bump into Krampus the Christmas Devil. Originating from Alpine folklore, Krampus is a demon companion of Saint Nicholas. A half-goat, half-demon, horrific horned beast who captures and punishes anyone who has been badly behaved. The late night walk is only suitable for adults and children aged over 13 years.

Sturdy footwear strongly suggested with warm clothing as the walk is outside on uneven woodland walk and disused train track. Due to the nature of the walk it is not suitable for prams, pushchairs or wheelchairs. Only baby wearing would be suitable. You must be of reasonable fitness to participate.
