Yoga With Sanya

My questioning for inner understanding has engraved a spiritual path into my life leading me to yoga and tantra practice and study of different traditions of ancient Eastern knowledge which I find science and metaphysic of creation, life and existence.
Not that I find diplomas of big importance :) but in a case you do - I m certified advanced (500 hr) yoga and tantra teacher. What I m found of is more then decade of practice, studying with different teachers, absorbing written word, my personal life experience in every form and realization of Divine within me that I worship.
For me, Yoga and Tantra practice represents source of inspiration and stimulation for healthier and wealthier living in every aspect of existence - physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual, and the aim of my teaching is sharing and transmitting this concept to other better and healthier lifestyle seekers.
Trough balancing of our inner world we can achieve harmony, fulfillment and true happiness. Tantra is a path trough awareness that lead us to self-discovery and liberation. Once we discover the sparkle of light within us, we should maintain it and spread it trough everything we do, we should let our light shine in a most beautiful, intense and creative form, experiencing life to the fullest.
I practice and teach yoga and tantra to stay balanced and happy, constantly shine and spread the awareness of sparkle to others.
